Home Perinatal Program is a comprehensive program
designed to meet the needs of the high-risk perinatal
patient. We design a plan of care to fit patient
needs and comply with physician orders.

- Continuous SQ Infusions Of Terbutaline or Reglan
- Intravenous Hydration
- Blood Glucose Monitoring Including Diabetic
Teaching And Nutritional Counseling
- Specialized Diabetic Program Including Home
Visits And Telephone Monitoring And Follow-Up
- Gestational Hypertension Management
- Non-Stress Testing
- Perinatal Skilled Nursing Visits For Assessment,
Teaching and Parenteral Medication Administration
- Certified Home Health Aide Services
- 24 Hour / 7 Day Per Week Perinatal Nurse Availability
